who I AM
"I have always been passionate about people and computers, I come from a small island called Rotuma and spent most of my life under the sun on an island in the South Pacific. I moved to New Zealand in 2008 for further education. Achieved Merit and a Diploma in C omputing. After working for over 12 years in New Zealand, I am now a citizen of this amazing and unique country. I have worked closely with many community businesses around New Zealand for over 5 years and I realized that a lot of small businesses needed help to ensure that they stay competitive in an ever changing computer and internet age. Most kiwi businesses did not see the need to spend money in promoting their businesses online as they knew little about the impacts this has in a modern age where everything is simply "googled". With more and more people choosing to do business more and more over the internet, the need to support the computers and IT systems that enable this, has become apparent." I am an A+ Certified Desktop Support Engineer and have completed an NZQA Diploma in Computing Level 5. While I am well qualified in my field of study, I have never stopped learning and have endeavoured to apply myself to ever changing trends in computing and technology. "I have always helped people with their computer and internet problems, from desktop computers, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, nothing was really out of reach. I also have some experience working on ATM machines, Self Checkout Machines, Cash Dispensers and the like. If you have a computer problem, I'm more than happy to look into it." "I started my business to help empower small businesses so they can utilize simple online tools in order to stay competitive online and create an online presence that allows interaction with their customer base. I truly enjoy working with local businesses and I look forward to meeting you to see what I can do for your business."
